ABOUT BELLATIVA
Our house is spacious, comfortable, and just steps from the beach, making it perfect for your entire family. When you arrive, you’ll instantly feel at home, just as we do, in the beautiful accommodations and with everything that you need to make the most of your stay on Captiva Island.
BEDROOMS
MASTER SUITE
Features a king size bed, a wet bar with a refrigerator, direct access to the elevator, and beautiful french doors leading out to a private patio. The master bath is equipped with a jacuzzi tub and a separate stone tile shower.
QUEEN & FULL SUITES
In addition to the master suite, Bellativa has two queen suites and one full suite, both with private en suite bathrooms. There is also a comfortable pullout couch in the media room, and accommodations for up to twelve adults.
LIVING AND DINING
LIVING ROOMS
Perfectly suited for entertaining and relaxing, Bellativa features three living rooms: the inviting main room with 24-foot ceilings, a fireplace, and oversized Palladian windows that look out onto the path to the beach, the media room with surround sound, and the ground floor entertainment room with a 42'' flat screen TV that opens onto the pool area.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOMS
The gourmet kitchen contains a six burner Monogram Chef's stove, double side-by-side refrigerator, trash compactor, and granite and tumbled marble countertops. The dining room features a large dining table, and a separate wet bar with a chilled wine cabinet and custom cabinetry. The open floor plan allows for additional seating at the kitchen counter.
WATER AND SUN
POOL
Relax in the kidney shaped, private stone pool with a waterfall spa and spacious deck area. The pool area also features a grill and multiple outdoor tables.
BEACH
Just twenty-five yards from our doorstep, experience a spectacular white sand beach, clear Gulf water, and world-famous sea shells.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Bellativa is equipped with all of the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay. Our house includes a washer and dryer, ironing board, kitchen supplies, and wireless internet. Upon arrival, you'll find clean linens, including beach towels, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas, tools and toys for the sand and water.
